– Immersion bath:

Boil the contents of the herbs – health in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, start straining and let the liquid cool down. You can pour the liquid into a bathtub filled with water. Lie down without wetting your head and relax for 5 minutes while visualizing your intentions. Then, allow yourself to air dry without washing off; do not use perfumes, deodorants, or any artificial liquids.

Usage as incense/smudge:

– Light a ritual charcoal tablet (which will serve as the ember to burn the herbs) and sprinkle the contents of the herbs – health. Let the herbs burn while visualizing your intentions.
