Our Lady of Fátima or, formally, Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima, is one of the invocations attributed to the Virgin Mary and originated from the apparitions received by three shepherd children in the Cova da Iria, Fátima, Portugal.

According to the testimonies of the three child visionaries, the first apparition occurred on May 13, 1917, at noon, and repeated itself over the following six months, always on the 13th of each month at the same time, with the exception of August when it occurred on the 19th, until October 13, 1917.
\n
In the last apparition, she identified herself as \"the Lady of the Rosary,\" leading to the ecclesiastical combination of her two titles and resulting in Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima. According to the visionaries' accounts, the message presented during the apparitions in Fátima was a persistent call for conversion, penance, and prayer, particularly the recitation of the Rosary.

The main site of devotion is the Sanctuary of Fátima itself, located in the parish and city of Fátima, in the municipality of Ourém, Portugal.
